Earlier in the year we announced that we would be sharing our fabulous "Employee of the Month" winners because we LOVE sharing about how great our team members are!
July's employee of the month is James B. James is one of our dedicated and professional Reservations Agents. He has been an agent with the Ambassador family for just over three months. He has quickly proven to be an integral of the guest services team. His as a reservations agent is outstanding and the level of customer service that he offers our guests is an example to all of our team members. He is also appreciated and well liked by his fellow team members, as demonstrated by the votes that he earned from his peers and the management team. James chose 8 hours of PTO as his prize for winning the employee of the month!
