November's employee of the month is Connie B. She has been a member of the Ambassador team since 2010. She has served as a Front Desk Agent, Front Desk Manager, Guest Experience Manager and is now our Reservations Manager. She leads the Reservations team through example and by coaching them to achieve both their individual and the department goals. Most importantly, she is a shining example of delivering exemplary customer service in addition to treating the Reservations team with respect.
